How do i place an order?

Can i expect express delivery?

No ! our quick reaction response mostly done through direct messages via Whatsapp or Instagram DM service. International customer should make all communications via email for our documentation purpose, so it’s strongly advise that you provide a valid email address. Please be advised, no robots or any artificial intelligence hardware were hired, so in the case of experiencing delay responding to your emails or any other smart questions, expect all interactions patiently. We will reply your email confirming your order (availability product or its alternative). Make sure you have all necesary consideration before placing order; look for product price, quantity, awareness of estimated shipping cost. Price is not negotiable. Once you reply and confirmed, we will provide with the total invoice and allows you 24 hours to fulfill the payment. Paypal invoice will be issued for International buyer. Kindly provide us your valid email address for Paypal invoice. Email will be sent once your payment clear or after your order shipped. We will provide you with the tracking number/airwaybill for easy tracking reference (where service available).

Do you offer custom order and wholesale?

Yes ! we have numerous experiences in working custom works project for the Indonesia LE/AF however due to time constraints we can only receiving limited request for custom order, nevertheless we are trying to improve our standards and quality in everytime of the process. We do not offer our products for wholesale or having specific discounts at the moment, but for local shop, we welcome the initiative for cooperation arrangement to market our products. Please contact us further to discuss regarding that matter.

I don't like what i bought, can i get a refund?

Return and exchanges issued will be handled on a case by case basis only, and ZIVTAC will NOT accept refund for the products that have been ordered and purchased. Shipping charges in that case are non-refundable. However, where alternative stocks available, if our products found to have an issue with the quality and if you wish to exchange it, you could notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We could only accept the exchange with similar items that we have for alternatives. You will be responsible for return and shipping for your exhange products back. The item being returned must be contained in the original packaging with original tags attcached.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. we offer to ship International via EMS parcel service. We will get back to you with shipping quote. Note: small-medium parcel to US or Europe region usually cost ranging from $20-45. We do not take profit from shipping, we therefore suggest you to contact us prior.
